Presented by Peshastin Dryden Partners In Education, this parent group for the Peshastin Dryden Elementary School has been hosting monthly literacy nights.  The group is focused on building a literate society and building community, while creating an environment in the school where everyone feels welcome.  Each month they see around 150 people, and attendance is growing!

This month they are hosting the Burke Museum between 6 – 7:30 pm and the event will focus on Dinosaurs!

March Literacy Night is Dino-Mite!

Between April 14th – 19th they will host a Scholastic Book Fair along with a family movie night on April 18th.

On May 15th they will have a Healthy Minds Healthy Bodies event where they will host the local librarians to tell us about summer reading programs and some different activities to help students and their families to stay active during the summer months.

These events are open to all ages and even include a free dinner! The school Principal Stacie Bain has been wonderful in working with the group to make these monthly events a joy for all.  So, grab the kiddos and see what these fun and educational events are all about!
