Leavenworth Mountain Association is a club that is currently being formed in Leavenworth with the mission of providing a social network that fosters fun and safe mountain recreation for all ages. Their second meeting will be held tomorrow the 13th at at the Icicle Brewery: https://icicle.tv/2012-02-13/Leav.-Mountain-Association-Mtg.html. The formation of LMA is a work in progress, but some of their goals may include the creation of a climbing gym, providing information, education, a forum for sharing trip photos and stories, support for members, SAR, gear, and reference books.
