Icicle TV Project

Icicle TV Producer Russ Ricketts sends greetings from the arctic.  In addition to playing with thermometers in sub zero weather, Russ divides his time between working on the North Slope in Alaska (aka the northern most tip of the continent) and living in our most awesome town of Leavenworth, Washington.
