INTERNATIONAL FLYFISHING FILM FESTIVAL – Feb 25, 2016

Location: Snowy Owl Theater

Fee: $12 General Admission, $7 Students ($14 & $9 at the Door)

Short & feature length films produced by professional filmmakers from all corners of the globe, showcasing the passion, lifestyle & culture of fly-fishing. VOX DOCS FILM FESTIVAL – March 11-12, 2016

Location: Snowy Owl Theater
Fee: $12 Individual Ticket, $55 Weekend Pass
The weekend festival will showcase the best documentaries of the year and titles that have been sweeping “best of festival” awards around the globe. The films include Racing Extinction, He Named Me Malala, The Mask We Live In, Unbranded and Trapped, a very special selection from the 2016 Sundance Film Festival. Proceeds from this year’s festival will help support Icicle Creek Center for the Arts’ Youth FilmProgram. Previous recipient organizations include: Rebuilding TogetherUpper Valley MENDInitiative for Rural Innovation and Stewardship (IRIS)Chelan-Douglas Land Trust, the Cascade School District Educational Foundation, the Leavenworth Winter Sports Club and the Icicle Creek Youth Symphony.
In addition to a weekend of award winning films at the Snowy Owl, festival activities also include opening and closing night guest speakers and a showcase of locally produced short films.
The Vox Docs Film Festival is thrilled to announce its ongoing partnership with the Mountain Sprouts Children’s Community to provide care to children ages 3-10 during the festival. Visit our Plan Your Visit page for more info.

4th ANNUAL LEAVENWORTH FILM FESTIVAL – April 9, 2016

Location: Leavenworth Festhalle
Fee: $10 in advance, $15 at the door, $5 for kids 12 & under

Showcasing the best recent short films with a focus on outdoor pursuits and the natural world. Come see these great films and intermission performances while enjoying your beverage of choice and joining with your community. Also, dress to the nines and swagger with grace down the red carpet after hitching a free ride in our own LFF limousine! There will be a door raffle with prizes, as well as beer from Icicle Brewing Company, wine, and movie snacks for sale.
