$52 for 6 classes! Pre-registration Required. This 6 week class is designed specifically for teenagers who are looking for fun, active and inspiring things to do after school. This class introduces basic yoga postures that encourage flexibility, strength and body awareness and a variety of breathing techniques and exercises to manage stress, anxiety and clear the mind. We will explore how these things can help throughout life in maintaining a balance of priorities, responsibilities and maintaining physical, mental and emotional health. These classes are fun, full of different activities -- fast paced and slow, a great place to meet new people or spend time with friends and gain an overall healthier outlook on life!
